You can cancel the reservation without incurring penalties, up to 7 days before the date of the planned visit.
Behind this term, days limit beyond which is imposed the penalty is determined by the policy for the management of the hotel you've booked.
The penalty is to be charged one night stay.
Is immutable. You can cancel your reservation, even if the structure you've booked is entitled to deduct the cost of the entire stay from your credit card.
You can verify the success or failure of the operation from the reserved area "my reservations".
Once you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
