    Positive Rating: Buono il servizio, pulite le camere.

    Negative judgment: Rispetto allo scorso anno il servizio colazione è peggiorato perché da un servizio Bar di caffè e cappuccino, sono passati alla classica macchinetta automatica con prodotti decisamente peggiori.

    Positive Rating: Hotel ha un fantastico giardino. Devo Fare i complimenti al cuoco che non italiano ha fatto dei piatti molto tradizionali e di ottimo sapore. Un mega grazie hai camerieri e al super Pasticcere Nicola sempre molto disponibile con noi ma soprattutto con mia figlia più piccola una splendida persona.

    Negative judgment: Qui ho trovato due piccole cose negative..il caffè siamo nella regione dove il caffè è nato ed alla mattina si deve bere quel caffè della macchinetta che è imbevibile,secondo me un offesa a Napoli Una colazione solo dolce e non salata un altra cosa che non andava . La piscina termale piccola ma forse è una grandezza normale a iSchia

    Negative judgment: Non capisco come hanno fatto per avere 4 stelle. Nella mia camera c'era un letto scadente e un materasso indecente. Mi sono rotto un maglione su delle teste di chiodo che erano fuori dal pianale di una scrivania. Sono stato pure fortunato che si è rotto solo il maglione. Appena arrivati mancava l'acqua calda e il riscaldamento non era regolato bene a volte era tanto forte che sembrava una sauna. Per me l'hotel era al massimo un 2 stelle.

    Negative judgment: Non preparato per chi ha problemi di celiachia materia prima scarseggiava per la preparazione dei pasti ( es. pasta e fagioli :non avevano la pasta mista .- Paccheri con la pescatrice non avevano i paccheri fusilli con ..... non avevano i fusilli etc. etc...cose che per i celiaci esistono.).

    Positive Rating: Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Bellissima struttura ben tenuta. Pulitissima. Camera eccellente e servizio di pulizia al top. Ristorante con ottimo servizio e buon cibo. Porzioni abbondanti. Personale alla reception super. Sempre pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessita. Posizione ottima con fermata autobus subito fuori . Ho gia prenotato questo Hitel per l'anno prossimo per lo stesso periodo.
